Queen – April 25, 2022

I recently had a bad cold then remembered that I had my eucalyptus essential oil from healing with nam. I then started steaming my face everyday before bedtime and each time I did that, I got instant relief and slept way better than the next day. I will certainly impact it in my bed time routines because it’s healthy and good for the body. Thanks Nam!!❤️
